Return Policy

01. Standard Returns

We accept returns of unmodified, unworn tactical gear and uninstalled hardware within 30 solar cycles of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging with all security seals intact.

02. Cybernetic Hardware

WARNING: Due to bio-contamination protocols, any cybernetic hardware that has interfaced with a host organism cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If a hardware unit is found to be defective prior to installation, contact our support division immediately for a replacement unit authorization.

03. Return Process

1. Initiate a return request via the Contact channel, providing your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Await authorization and a secure return shipping manifest.
3. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit through the logistics grid.
4. Drop off the package at an authorized LeBrince Manufacturing logistics node.

04. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund. Credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 processing cycles.
